ASC offers a range of ensuite student rooms, including standard, medium, large, accessible and dual aspect rooms.
Final rent depends on room size, layout and availability.

Reservation fee:
£150
A reservation fee of £150 is payable to reserve a room, subject to credit checks, Right to Rent checks and guarantor checks where required. Payment of the reservation fee does not guarantee occupation until all required checks have been completed, documents approved and the agreement signed.
Rent payments:
Rent is payable in advance, either monthly or quarterly, depending on the resident agreement. Payment dates and rent arrangements will be confirmed before the booking is completed and set out in the resident agreement.

Dual Aspect Rooms
Selected larger rooms include dual aspect rooms with two windows, offering enhanced natural light and a bright study/living space. Availability is limited and subject to room allocation.
